In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all Guests, we ask you to observe the following rules:

Quiet hours:

We ask you to avoid noise in the apartments and public areas, especially during the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

Consideration:

We attach great importance to treating each other with respect. Disturbing or harassing other guests or staff is not permitted.

We ask you to be considerate of other guests and the hotel staff. Harassment, disturbance or aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.

With this in mind, the use of the rented premises for the organisation of even small private parties and gatherings is only permitted by prior arrangement with the Hotel, even in the case of previously registered visits by people not booked.

Security:

Open sources of fire, smoking and the use of candles are not permitted in the rooms.

Cleanliness:

Please leave your apartment in a tidy condition and dispose of waste in the bins provided. Additional trash bags are available upon request at the front desk.

Video surveillance in public areas:

Video surveillance only takes place in selected public areas such as: Entrance areas, corridors, stairwells, car parks and outdoor areas.

Surveillance cameras are installed to ensure the safety of our guests and employees,

and to prevent and investigate theft, vandalism, and other incidents.

The recordings are treated in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.

Only authorised people have access to the data.

Recordings are automatically deleted after a certain period of time, unless they are required to clarify an incident.

Guests & visitors:

Unregistered overnight guests are only permitted with prior booking/authorisation. Persons not booked at the hotel are expressly only permitted to enter the rooms after prior registration at reception. The Hotel may deny access in individual cases.

Loss of or damage to property:

If any damage occurs during your stay, please inform us immediately. Guests are liable for any damage caused. The apartment hotel accepts no liability for damage to furniture or equipment or for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure in your room or in the safe.

We ask our Guests to adhere to this regulation to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. In the event of repeated or gross offences, we reserve the right to take measures, including a possible ban from the premises.
